About the Finished Product
We strictly control the quality of our products. The styles are carefully crafted by manicurists, but as they are handmade, marks of handwork and a measurement error within 1-2mm are normal and not considered quality issues. If slightly large, you can adjust the nail strips on the sides slightly with a sanding strip. The nail strips and their curvature follow standard proportions. If they do not fit perfectly, those with special nail shapes can communicate with customer service. Nail strips cannot be trimmed; please confirm the length before placing an order.

Exchange Instructions
Each nail piece is meticulously crafted by a manicurist and customized to individual sizes. Except for quality issues, we do not support returns or refunds without reason within 7 days. If there is a quality issue or other reasons for exchange, please contact customer service promptly with photos.
Regarding Replacement Nail Pieces
If a nail piece is lost or damaged, purchasing a single replacement nail piece will incur a charge of 10% of the original price of the full set of nail applications, and shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
